COLLECTION OF LEAVES
Leaves must be separated from other disposable waste. Leaves will not be collected by the scavenger. From January 1 to October 14 of each year, leaves shall be placed in a biodegradable paper bag or container and placed curbside for pickup. From October 15, through December 31, leaves shall be placed in loose condition along the curb line of each dwelling unit. A one (1) foot space shall be maintained between the leaf row and curb to allow for normal surface water flow in the event of rain. Also, please try to place leaf piles downstream of any catchbasin in order to prevent leaves from entering and clogging catchbasin.
