Englewood Cliffs Day 65-Inch TV Giveaway

Official Rules

1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open exclusively to current residents of the Borough of Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation.

2. How to Participate
Eligible residents may participate in the giveaway at Englewood Cliffs Day.

Participants must provide proof of current Englewood Cliffs residency and age eligibility. Upon verification, the resident will receive one giveaway ticket.

Only one ticket will be issued per residential household.

No purchase or payment is required to participate.

3. Giveaway Ticket Distribution
Giveaway tickets will be available during the designated giveaway period at Englewood Cliffs Day.

Tickets must be obtained and submitted by the stated deadline to be eligible for the drawing.

4. Drawing
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible giveaway tickets submitted during the event.

The ticket holder must be present at the time of the drawing to win. If the selected ticket holder is not present, an alternate ticket may be selected.

5. Winner Verification
The selected winner must verify their Englewood Cliffs residency and age eligibility before receiving the prize.

If the selected ticket belongs to an individual who is not eligible, cannot verify residency, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prize
One eligible winner will receive one 65-inch television.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize.

7. General Conditions
The Borough of Englewood Cliffs reserves the right to disqualify any participant or ticket that does not comply with these Official Rules or that is determined to be invalid.

The Borough reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the giveaway.

8. Borough Information Channels
Residents are encouraged, but not required, to download the Borough’s official mobile application and follow the Borough’s official social-media accounts for information concerning Borough programs, services and events.

9. Social Media Disclaimer
This giveaway is administered solely by the Borough of Englewood Cliffs and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to promote the giveaway.

10. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the giveaway will be used only as reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway and verify eligibility, subject to applicable Borough policies and law.
